What is staying put
costing you?
You’ve considered what could go wrong if you change. Give the cost of another year in the same place a page, too.

The decision does not have to look dramatic from the outside to take up a lot of room in your life.
Some ideas are easier
to see than to explain.
A thought can go around in circles. A page can show you where to go next. Explore actual spreads from UP2U—visual explanations, illustrated stories and tools for your own decision.

Make room for your next decisionWaiting has
a column, too.
The familiar job. The move you keep postponing. The conversation that never quite happens.
There may be good reasons to wait. But “nothing changes” has consequences of its own. Put those beside the risks of acting, where you can examine them.
Try looking at both sidesGive both choices
the same scrutiny.
One idea from C.A.R.E.: write down the consequences of acting and not acting. An illustrative example:
If I act
Work that fits better. A chance to develop in a different direction.
A reliable salary and a familiar routine. The new role may not be what I expect.
If I wait
Income and time to prepare. Space to check the actual offer.
More time in work I want to leave. Another review with the same information.
What makes the next review different?
You cannot compare the new job honestly until you know what an ordinary week there looks like.
Ask for the actual schedule and travel expectations. Then compare the offer with the week you want to protect.

From a thought you carry
to a page you can use.
You bring the decision. The book gives it structure.

“I just need to think about it more.”
The fact you are missing—and a person or test that could help.
“I will come back to it.”
A next action and a date to review what changed.
Six tools.
Different moments.
You don’t need every tool every time. Start with the situation you recognize.

Name the choice. Get it out of your head and onto the page. Set a time for the next useful step.

Consequences, Alternatives, Realities and External Factors. Give acting and not acting the same careful examination.
03The ANC ProtocolWhen the situation has changed suddenly
Aviate. Navigate. Communicate. Stabilize what needs attention, find a workable route, and ask for the help you need.
04Personal MinimumsWhen you need a line to hold
Make a threshold explicit before pressure makes it negotiable. Pair each boundary with a feasible response.
05Post-Mortem ThinkingWhen there is something to learn
Return to the record. Separate the quality of your process from the outcome, and decide what you will change next time.
06The Operator’s DoctrineWhen you want to keep the tools in use
Keep a working record, make the tools easy to reach, and give review a place in your routine.
Read it.
Then keep it in reach.

Before you turn
the first page.
Is this a book I read or work through?
Both. Follow the chapters in sequence, or open the tool that fits your situation. Illustrated explanations, stories, diagrams and working pages make it useful to revisit.
Do I need the app or audio membership?
No. The printed canvases and reference cards work on paper. Companion resources are being prepared; the Flight Plan Library is an optional, separate membership.
Is the book telling me to make a big change?
It gives you questions for examining the choice. Staying, waiting for a missing fact, or taking a smaller step may be the right decision. The aim is to make your reasons explicit.
When can I order?
The planned print edition is $39.99 USD. We’re preparing publication and final production details. Enquiries are open now; checkout and shipping information will be added when ordering opens. The images show the approved cover design; final print specifications are being prepared.
