UP2U Solutions Academy ("UP2U," "we," "us," or "our") operates the UP2U Co-Pilot mobile application and this website (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built the UP2U Co-Pilot as a decision-support tool, and we treat the information you trust us with accordingly.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account details — your name and email address when you create an account or request access.
• Decision entries — the problems, notes, and C.A.R.E. matrix answers you enter to run a Flight Plan, and the verdicts and logs the app generates for you.
• Support correspondence — messages you send us at info@up2usa.com.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data — basic, non-identifying information such as app version, device type, and crash diagnostics, used to keep the Services stable.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not require it to use the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Services — run your Flight Plans, generate verdicts, and maintain your Captain's Log.
• To create and manage your account and your subscription.
• To respond to your requests and provide support.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
• To send service-related messages, and — only with your consent — occasional product updates.

3. Your Decision Data

The decisions you log are yours. We use your decision entries to deliver the app's features to you and do not sell them or use them to identify you to third parties. Aggregated, de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be used to improve the product.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium tools are offered through an auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple through your App Store account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and your purchase, billing, and renewal information is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting and email delivery), under contracts that limit their use of it; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a business transfer, with notice to you.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and then for a reasonable period as required to meet our legal obligations or resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights — including deletion of your account and data — contact us at info@up2usa.com. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer information, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
